  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is 1.5-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines
Submission of Manuscripts
1. Manuscript maxmum length is 3,000 words .
2. The font type required is Roman Times, 12pt.
3. The first page of the manuscript must contain the following information: Title of the article Name(s) and affiliation of author(s) Complete address and fax numbers and e-mail address. The second page of the manuscript should contain only the title of the article, an abstract, keywords and subsequently the text of the article.
4. The abstract should  have a maxmum of 150 words and to include, the purpose of the paper, the scope, the objectives, the methodology and approach, the findings, the practical applications and significance.
5. The keywords should be informative and should be added just after the abstract.
6. Main section headings in the manuscript must be capitalized and bold and sub-headings under the main headings should be bold and in upper-lower case.
7. Figures, charts and diagrams should be kept to a minimum. And intergrated within the text. They should be in either of these format, MS powerpoint, tif, jif, jpeg, bmp and sized to fit within a 15cm wide page.


Format
1. All manuscripts should be submitted as a word document, 1.5 spacing and 1.5 left and right margins. All articles should be uploaded onto the system by authors who need first need to register before login.For any problem cantact deputy editor at tuesdaybwalya1@gmail.com or bwalya.tuesday@unza.zm
2. All articles are subjected to double blind reviewing process. Authors should receive information about the status of their articles within three months.
3. Papers that are amended accordingly will be published in the earliest issue possible.


Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the author to check the accuracy of all data, statements and references.


Copyright
It is a condition of publication that manuscripts submitted to the journal have not been published, accepted for publication, nor simultaneously submitted for publication elsewhere. By submitting a manuscript, the author(s) agree that copyright for the article is transferred to the publisher, if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication.


Style
1. The style of the manuscript should follow The APA reference Style. Check out this reference system and use it.
2. References should be cited in the text using the ‘name and date style’, (Summers, 1993) or (summers, 1993,p.34).
3. References at the end of the article should be listed in alphabetical order and examples are indicated below:
